Mrs. Fancher graduated from the Nashville School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree and is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee. Mrs. Fancher received her Master's degree in Business Administration with all elective course work in Marketing and Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and she also earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
