Buscher Law provides efficient and effective legal advice to clients needing assistance with business law, real estate transaction, asset protection, estate planning, and intellectual property, as well as regulatory compliance in the cannabis, hemp, distributed ledger technology, and Buscher also works with both well known and up-and-coming musicians and athletes to help keep their interests protected.
Alex Buscher founded Buscher Law LLC in 2018, initially providing legal advice to hemp companies in Colorado, and quickly realized most lawyers, bankers, and insurance companies were still not willing to take a risk on the legalized industry. This led to an expansion of practice areas in-house and an in-depth understanding of a wide array of separate yet interconnected areas of the law in a highly complex and regulated industries. Buscher now provides these services to individuals, families, and businesses in Colorado and Tennessee.
Prior to completing law school at the University of Denver, Buscher attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and worked in the music business for companies including Universal Music Group and William Morris Endeavor where he found his passion for the law.
Buscher prides himself on taking a holistic approach to serving clients by providing a comprehensive review of clients' legal needs in multiple practice areas so that clients don't need separate attorneys or firms working to ensure their legal needs are met and interests protected.
