My practice is focused on individuals and small businesses and helping them to create estate and business succession plans that address the client's concerns and needs. I represent consumers in chapter 7 bankruptcies, as well as probate, trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship and adoption cases. I represent individuals throughout Lake County (including Middletown, Lakeport, Clearlake, Kelseyville, Lucerne, Clearlake Oaks, Glenhaven, Nice and Upper Lake) and surrounding counties.
