Gregory Sowder
I spent over 18 years working as a litigator at a statewide civil litigation firm retained to defend personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits before leaving to open my own law firm. I now focus my practice on representing people who suffered personal injuries. From my experience defending personal injury lawsuits, I know the defense side playbook. I also defended lawsuits brought by very successful personal injury lawyers, and know their playbook too. This gives me an unique perspective. I know how both sides think, know what the defendant will most likely do to win, and know strategies to put on the best case I can for my clients. I also enjoy working with clients to develop their estate plans to provide for their families, children, and friends after their death. I grew up in Chico, atended college at UC Davis, and graduated from law school at Rutgers University in New Jersey. I live in Berkeley with my wife, Kris.
