Rebekka is a litigation associate whose practice areas include family law, criminal law and civil litigation. She graduated from Widener University School of Law where she was the Vice-President and Colloquium Coordinator of Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Pennsylvania Bar Representative of the Student Bar Association. After taking her legal studies abroad to Switzerland, Rebekka was delighted to return to her home town to practice law.

Cynthia H. Clark joined the Law Offices of Paula J. Peters in January 2012 after more than 15 years of legal practice both in law firms and corporate firms throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. In February of 2015, she became a partner in the firm, which changed to Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, P.A. With the retirement of the firm’s founder, Cynthia H. Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .
