I am a Colorado lawyer working to assist individuals and businesses with business, property, and litigation matters. My practice is centered in northern Colorado. I have a special interest in property law, which includes easements and access issues, land use, boundary issues, conveyancing, title issues, HOA law, landlord/tenant matters, and eminent domain. I also have significant experience litigating property, business, and contract matters at the trial court level and appeals.

Mr. Deemer has over twenty years working with the financial services industry and has focused on helping people plan for the future. He lives in the Denver Metro area and is an active member of the community. In his spare time, Mr. Deemer volunteers for the Metro Volunteer Lawyers and the Civil Air Patrol.
