I have been practicing law in the State of Florida since 1996, specializing in the fields of immigration, workers' compensation, and personal injury law. After working 12 years for a municipal government as an Assistant City Attorney, and 3 years as a Partner at a law firm practicing insurance defense, I now focus solely on representing individual clients.

Jose was born in Havana Cuba and he has been a resident of the Miami metropolitan area since 1974. He attended Barry University and Nova University school of Law.
