I represent individuals with claims for injury or damage against insurance companies and other entities. I have practiced personal injury and insurance misconduct law since November of 2002. I reject marginal claims, and try to focus on serious personal injury or significant property damage.

I worked as a civil trial lawyer prior to focusing exclusively on family law. I have extensive experience negotiating contentious and emotional cases.

Outside the office, I enjoy gardening, hiking, and spending time with my wife and our two daughters.
