I have over a decade’s experience representing families in custody and divorce cases, and in suits against corporations, insurance companies, banks and landlords. The vast majority of lawyers have never tried a case before judge and a jury. I have tried and co-counseled more than a dozen jury trials, resulting in hundreds-of-millions in settlement and verdicts for my clients.

Brian’s legal career started at the Snohomish County Public Defender’s Association, representing juveniles charged with crimes. After that position, he worked for one of the most successful personal injury attorneys in Montana. Sharon Fields has been practicing law in the criminal justice system for over 14 years. Graduating in 1996 from the University of Utah College of Law.
