David J Faber
Faber Feinson PLLCDavid enjoys developing relationships with clients and helping them achieve their goals. David's civil practice is focused on three primary areas of law: (1) estate and elder law, including wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and probate; (2) real estate, including the purchase and sale of property, the creation of easements and covenants, and some real estate litigation; and (3) business law, including incorporation or LLC formation, contract drafting, and business purchases and sales. In addition to his legal practice, David serves on the the Port Townsend City Council and is a board member of the Boiler Room and the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, nonprofit organizations serving Port Townsend and Jefferson County. David and his wife Laura grew up in Port Townsend and returned here in February 2014. David attended the Evergreen State College, after which David received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and his LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law.
