My name is Mark B. Hancey. I grew up in Providence, Utah, went away to school, and had the opportunity to come home and practice law. I established Hancey Law Offices in 1996 to captain my own ship–one of the best choices of my life.

A 20 year Air Force veteran, Darrin served his last 11 years as a Judge Advocate and has acquired a vast breath of legal skills and expertise. He has worked as a both as a criminal prosecutor and a criminal appellate defense attorney.
