Our firm is client centered. We put a premium on listening to our clients, and we are going to take the time to fully understand the impact your injuries have had on your life and your family’s lives. You will leave your consultation with your questions answered and a plan specific to you to restore your life.

The legal industry has a big problem with treating people like a number; but to us, you are not a number, you are a valued member of our community. We treat each of our client’s cases as if they were a friend or family member. Our firm personally understands how important your case is and how long-lasting the effects can be if we don’t handle it correctly.

Many personal injury law firms assume that nearly all their cases are the same. They assume that most of their cases will settle, and they treat your case as if it is just another day at the office for them. We understand the impact your case has had on your life, and we will make sure the insurance company fully comprehends how you have been injured.

We keep caseloads intentionally low; we want to know our clients. Many other personal injury firms treat their clients like an assembly line with a high number of cases per attorney, we will never do that. You and your case are too important. We have the experience to know when to push the other side and when to pullback. We worked for insurance companies in the past, we know how they think. We know the strategies they use and how to attack those strategies. .

Our firm prepares each case as if we are going to trial, that level of preparation results in faster and higher settlement amounts for our clients. If the insurance company is not willing to offer a reasonable settlement offer, our firm is prepared to take your case to trial. We are here for you, and we will never back down until you receive the justice you deserve.

1 Questions Answered
Q. My brother committed suicide by shooting himself. Can his widow get life insurance?
A: I'm so sorry for your loss, suicide doesn't necessarily preclude your sister-in-law from collecting on the insurance. It is important to read over the policy to make that determination.
