James Dalton Lewis

I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, before attending law school at Gonzaga University School of Law. I have been practicing law in Utah since 2017, with my primary focus on litigation. I joined Siegfried early in 2024, and believe it is one of the best firms you can hire if you are involved in an accident. Before joining Siegfried and Jensen, I spent a number of years working for the insurance side, which helps me understand how the other side thinks and works during litigation. My goal is to keep my clients in the loop and help them understand the legal rollercoaster we’re on. Legal issues can be confusing for people, so my goal is to ensure that my clients understand the process and help them navigate through it.

When I’m not fighting insurance companies, I’m hanging out with my wife and two kids. I’m also a sports fanatic (Jazz and Utes). My newfound love is pickleball, which I take way too seriously and can play/talk about for hours.
