I am a board certified Family Law Specialist and have practiced predominantly Family Law and all issues relating to Family Law since my licensing in 2002. I am committed to representing my clients and advocate strongly for my clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Stephanie concentrates her practice in the area of wills and estate planning. She assists clients with the preparation of estate planning documents, and counsels regarding the best estate planning strategy for each individual. Particular services include the preparation and review of a will, a financial power-of-attorney, a health care power-of-attorney, or a health care advance directive ("living will"). She offers both individual planning documents and affordable bundles of common documents for both individuals and spouses.

I conduct residential and commercial real estate closings and transactions; draft real estate instruments, including contracts, deeds, notes, easements, leases, and more; and review and advise on real estate instruments and title matters.

He has tried cases in the Superior and District Courts as well as before the Industrial Commission and Administrative Law Judges. In 2003, Jeremy received the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Highest Civilian Honor. Jeremy received his undergraduate degree from St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, North Carolina and his law degree from Widener University in Delaware. In addition to being licensed as an Attorney, Jeremy also holds a Real Estate Sales License and is certified as both a mediator and arbitrator.

Laura was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC. In 2011, she graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. She continued her education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2013.
