Joseph S. Bowman
Bowman Law PLLCI am the owner and principal attorney of Bowman Law PLLC, a law firm based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and serving clients throughout the Piedmont Triad and beyond. I assist clients in legal matters of various types, including employment and personal injury cases, Social Security claims, and contested unemployment benefits hearings. Additionally, I choose to focus a great deal of my work in the area of workers' compensation law, representing individuals affected by job-related injuries and occupational diseases. After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in the top ten percent of my class, I gained a great deal of knowledge and experience while representing insurance carriers and employers throughout the state. While this experience provided me with a thorough knowledge of my practice areas, I found it extraordinarily difficult to imagine the defense of insurance companies as my life’s work. Accordingly, after much careful planning and preparation, I formed my firm to serve North Carolina residents and employees in need of experienced, aggressive representation by a uniquely qualified attorney.
