I am a registered patent attorney with decades of experience in the field of intellectual property (IP) law. I practice in all areas of intellectual property law, including preparing and prosecuting patent, trademark, and copyright applications; intellectual property disputes and litigation; and intellectual property licensing and agreements.

Since January 1993, the Law Offices of A. Peter Rausch, Jr., has furnished skilled legal representation and counseling to selected clients throughout California and the United States.
