Jason brings a unique perspective to patent law based on his experience. He started his career in the U.S. Marine Corps working on satellite communications. During and after his enlistment, Jason attended night school and eventually earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, a master's degree in electrical engineering, a MBA, and finally, a law degree. Jason has over 25 years' experience working as an engineer in fields as diverse as computer networking, UAV technology, GPS guidance systems, avionics, semiconductor technology, and many others.
Jason is motivated by ensuring his clients are able to protect and exploit their intellectual property rights to the fullest extent possible, to include forming the initial patent application, managing your portfolio of patents, earning a patent, and potentially selling /licensing your patents for maximum benefit.
