Jeff’s practice is primarily family law and criminal defense. He enjoys complex family law cases, involving businesses and other complicated scenarios. He has also done work in construction defect cases. Jeff especially enjoys helping people to clean up their criminal record through vacations/expungements and restoring rights to buy firearms.
In addition to helping establish compliance procedures for highly regulated industries, he is also certified in Collaborative Law. Jeff is an avid believer in alternative dispute resolution, due to its low-conflict approach to settling a dispute outside of the courtroom, and the benefits it serves to all parties involved.

Sarah Bond received her law degree from Boalt Hall, University of California, Berkeley (2001 through 2004). Peter graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1993, where he was a Thomas More Scholar and an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. Following graduation, Peter worked for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward Warren of the Oregon Court of Appeals. He then joined the law firm of Kennedy, King, and Zimmer. Ashley Bannon primarily practices in the areas of family law, criminal defense and employment litigation. Ashley received her Political Science degree from the University of Oregon in 2007. In 2010, Ashley graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. Ashley first joined Gilroy and Napoli in 2004 as an office assistant. While a law student, Ashley worked for Gilroy and Napoli as a law clerk. In 2011, she joined Gilroy and Napoli full-time as an associate attorney.

Jordan was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Roger J. DeHoog of the Oregon Court of Appeals and previously clerked for the Honorable Barbara A. Madsen of the Washington Supreme Court. As a judicial clerk at the appellate level, she had the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including those addressing criminal, family, and juvenile law.

During law school, Jordan worked as an appellate intern at the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office appearing in court on behalf of the State of Washington. She also worked at a Seattle-based domestic violence agency.
