Miller Moreau was born and raised in the Danville-Pittsylvania County area and returned to his family's firm, Williams & Light, after attending Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina. Chuck grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Virginia in 2002. He attended Liberty University where he graduated with a B.S. in Government with a focus in Pre-law. Rhiannon Hartman focuses her practice on estate and business planning . She enjoys assisting clients in the event of life changes of every kind, including for their children’s or grandchildren’s futures, or upon the death of incapacity of a loved one.

She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law.
