I also assist many clients with their elder care, estate planning and estate administration needs, including drafting wills and trusts, assisting with the appointment of guardians and conservators, and the Virginia probate process. I strongly believe that clients receive the best legal services from an attorney who is intimately familiar with their businesses and goals. As a result, I seek to develop strong and enduring relationships with my clients. I also believe that the law can be a tremendous asset to all businesses and non-profits.
