My practice areas primarily include domestic litigation and criminal defense law. Domestic litigation includes divorces, child custody, visitation and support issues, equitable distribution, step-parent adoptions and relocation cases. Criminal law includes defending felonies and misdemeanors ranging from Kidnapping to Driving Under the Influence to Traffic Citations in State, County, City and Municipal Courts.

I am a veteran of the U.S. Army, retiring with about 30 years of service in both the active Army and the Texas National Guard as a Combat Engineer and Judge Advocate.
