I am Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Business Litigation. I handle appeals of any of my trials and have quite a few appellate decisions that are reported decisions in the Florida and Federal Courts. The most recent opinion is Gibney v. Pillifant found at 32 So.3d 784 (2d DCA). I also handle cases in personal injury, defamation, and employment law. My immigration practice is based on Investment Visas and Family Visas as well as naturalization matters.

We have represented clients from over 45 states and 20 foreign countries. While the diversity of our work mirrors the diversity of our clients, our primary areas of practice are civil litigation, real estate and title services, and estate planning and probate.
