I am a business and entertainment attorney. I concentrate my practice in the area of film and television development, financing, production and distribution. I represent producers, talent, entertainment companies and entrepreneurs, including a number of startups and emerging companies in media, sports and entertainment technologies.

Before starting my own law firm, I worked for law firms in New York City. I represented people and businesses in lawsuits in court. Other clients needed help with transactions for themselves or their businesses. Some of my favorite clients were young families and small business owners and working with them inspired me to start my own law firm in 2011.
