Kyle Pinkerton
Law Office of Bryan Fagan
Starting his legal career in 1987 in Mississippi, Kyle A. Pinkerton has been licensed in Texas since 1989. Throughout his career, he has handled a wide variety of cases, including family law, criminal law, personal injury from both the plaintiff and defense side, and other civil litigation matters. His focus throughout his career has been to represent clients in the courtroom, advocating their positions to the fullest extent.
Kyle grew up in Texas City, and for much of his career has worked in the Harris, Galveston, Brazoria, Ft. Bend, and Montgomery county court systems. He is a keen observer of how courts and juries react to the presentations being given, and has an uncanny knack to think on his feet to adjust the presentation to meet the desires of the judge or jury.
Kyle is an Aggie, having graduated from Texas A & M in 1984. Upon receiving a full scholarship, he attended Mississippi School of Law, graduating 7th out of 64 in 1987, and was a member and associate editor of the law review, and also had an article published in the Mississippi College School of Law Law Review.
Throughout his career, Kyle has handled all matters that touch on the family, including custody, property, adoptions, terminations, and modifications. His focus for most of his career has been on successfully representing his client in these matters.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys fishing, hunting, playing golf, and spending time with his family
