Kieran Michael Dowling

I have had the privilege of representing clients in the Supreme Court of the State of New York and the Superior Court of New Jersey, handling complex litigation and business lawsuits. My cases often involve issues such as breach of contract, shareholder disputes, construction defects, real estate disputes, restrictive covenants, and collection actions. I also serve as the primary legal contact for businesses, particularly automobile dealerships, advising on general liability matters. In this role, I defend against various claims including negligence, breach of contract, fraud, violations under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, and the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act.

Additionally, I maintain a vigorous practice pursuing claims on behalf of citizens who have experienced constitutional violations, as well as handling whistleblower and discrimination claims. My courtroom experience is extensive; I have both first and second chaired several civil trials. I am also well-versed in appellate practice, having argued before both the New Jersey and New York appellate courts.
