Inspired by John Grisham's "The Pelican Brief," Bryan Fagan knew he wanted to be a lawyer. Today, he passionately advocates for families across Texas in challenging divorces and family law matters.
Raised in Atascocita, Texas, Bryan pursued his legal education at South Texas College of Law. During this time, he discovered his passion for family law while working at a boutique litigation firm.
Family is central to Bryan's life. He completed his undergraduate degree online to care for his grandmother with Alzheimer's and chose South Texas College of Law's night study program to continue providing care. Bryan's devotion to family includes his wife and their three children: James (6), Arron (4), and Emily (4 months).
The loss of his father early in his marriage deeply impacted Bryan, strengthening his resolve as a person, lawyer, husband, and father.
Bryan's understanding of the importance of family in his work has made him a dedicated advocate for his clients. His innovative, paperless, and efficient approach to family law emphasizes high-end service, offering a modern, effective alternative to traditional practices.
As a certified member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, Bryan belongs to an elite group of legal professionals committed to excellence. His expertise spans a wide range of family law issues, including divorce, custody, adoption, paternity, and mediation. He also has experience drafting marital property agreements, such as pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Bryan's team of attorneys and paralegals share his commitment to addressing complex family law matters and defending families from false CPS allegations. Based in Houston and serving surrounding areas, Bryan is an active member of the Houston Family Law Sector of the Houston Bar Association and participates in various family law organizations across Texas.
