Ernie E. Gilkes is an attorney with over 14 years of experience in the legal profession. He began his legal career as a paralegal with Weeks and Anderson, a law association located in Nashville, Tennessee. After graduating in the 10% of his class from Nashville School of Law and passing his state boards, Gilkes has started his own law firm called Covenant Law Group with his partner Katherine Melton.

I started my career in the justice system as a police officer for 16 years. I move to the District Attorney's office after graduating from law school. Bryce was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee where he grew up playing sports, enjoying the outdoors and passionately cheering for the Vols. While receiving his BA in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Bryce served as a strength and conditioning coach for UT football and baseball and was head of strength and conditioning at the Christian Academy of Knoxville.
