Mrs. Freed has been practicing in the areas of Estate planning and Administration for over 8 years. Estate planning may include Wills, Trusts, Asset protection, special needs trusts and tax planning related to IRAs, 401Ks and other tax deferred plans. Estate Administration may include Probate, Heirship determination, family settlement agreements, and federal estate tax return preparation.

Born in South Korea, raised in Argentina, I obtained my law degree from Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas in 1994. Since then, I have been delivering high quality, competent and personalized legal service to my clients. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Korean. My early days as an attorney was in public service as a staff attorney for legal aid offices and then as an assistant county attorney at prosecutor's offices. Since 2003, I have been in private practice with emphasis in criminal law, family law, probate litigation and estate planning.

I am the senior shareholder in Coplen & Banks, PC. I have been practicing law for approximately 35 years, with extensive experience in commercial, insurance, family, probate and personal injury litigation. Because of my education background, my practice is 50% litigation and 50% business transactions, wills, trust and probate.
