I have over 30 years of experience in handling claims for individuals and businesses. I take pride in handling all services for clients on a personal basis. I was originally trained and certified as a mediator by the Cincinnati Institute of Justice in 1982, when serving as a neutral for the City of Cleveland, Ohio.
