I provide Estate Plan services: setting up Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, Deeds, Guardianships, and Conservatorships. I provide very personalized care and attention to every client, taking extra time to really get to know my clients, their families, and their individual needs. Every estate plan is completely unique from every other, and I strive to make the process easy and less stressful.

Ben grew up in the Portland area and attended Central Catholic High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2004. He returned to Eugene in 2007 to begin his legal studies. Ben moved back to Portland in 2009 and immediately began working for Dawson and Dawson upon passing the Oregon Bar exam.
