I am have been a trial lawyer since 1983. I have tried cases in Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois and California. I have clerked and written draft opinions for the Oklahoma Supreme Court. I have tried cases in almost every venue imaginable including municipal, state and federal courts. I am a first chair jury trial lawyer specializing in labor and employment law, including workers' compensation.

I was born and raised in Shawnee, OK and graduated from Shawnee High School in 1974. I then attended the University of Oklahoma, graduating with a B.A. in Letters in 1978. I then attended Oklahoma City University graduating in 1981 with my Juris Doctor. I am married to Susan Kay Gierhart and have 6 children. I am a general sole practitioner. I have been living in Choctaw, OK since 2005 and serving Oklahoma, Cleveland, Pottawatomie and Lincoln Counties regularly. Graduated from OU with BBA in 1974; Graduated from OU with JD in 1987. I have been a CPA since 1978 and a practicing attorney since 1987. I've had my office here in Sand Springs since 1997. I've been involved in several local activities, including Sand Springs Rotary Club, Sand Springs United Methodist Church and the Annual Sand Springs Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

Kassidy graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May of 2019. During her time there, she was actively involved in the Board of Advocates, Women’s Law Caucus, PAW Law, and the Student Bar Association.
