Biography

In 2014, Brian Boeheim joined forces with Ciera Freeman to start a new type of law firm. They envisioned a firm that treats clients like family, provides the type of legal defense they would want, and provides it at a reasonable price. Since that time, Boeheim Freeman Law has become the fastest growing law firm in Tulsa. The attorneys at Boeheim Freeman Law have handled more trials in the past 5 years than any other firm, including not guilty verdicts in 1st Degree Murder, Rape, and Child Abuse. Even more impressive they have a dismissal rate of 20%. On the Family Law side of the business, they have aggressively and compassionately handled over 100 divorces, child custody, child support, guardianships, and juvenile cases this year alone.

The entire staff at Boeheim Freeman Law works tirelessly to provide clients with the best representation possible to protect their freedom and their families.

Q. Just found out about a charge that has already turned into a warrant, wanting advice on this before I go in.
A: If there is an arrest warrant out, then you need to turn yourself in. Hire an attorney first, one that is experienced and is not afraid to do hearings and go to trial. the attorney should help you line up a good bonds person, so you can hopefully just get booked in and walk out and go home. Make sure you do not talk with police, or anyone else for that matter, about your case. If you get stuck in jail for some reason, remember that the phones and the video are recorded and can be used against you.
Q. Is a dui a misdemeanor or felony
A: 1st offense is a misdemeanor, subsequent offenses are felonies. It can also be filed as a felony if your blood alcohol was .15 or over. DUI's can have a very big negative impact and be very expensive if not handled correctly. Hire a good attorney to navigate the process.
Q. What steps should we take after we've /somewhat/ agreed on a custody arrangement
A: if you don't do it through the courts, you runt he risk of having no recourse if the deal breaks down. There is also the issue of child support. I would sit down with an attorney and make sure it is done right.
