Theresa M. Siglar, J.D., M.S. Rob is a Nebraska native, born and raised in the western panhandle town of Scottsbluff. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, majoring in marketing and management. Jared earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he focused on litigation, mediation, family law, and employment law. During law school, Jared gained valuable legal experience working as a Senior-Certified Student Guardian ad Litem for the UNL Children’s Justice Clinic where he represented children subjected to abuse or neglect by a parent. David's practice includes legal assistance to disabled or elderly persons and their families in a variety of contexts, class action litigation, and the use of social science research in the preparation of legal cases for trial. A graduate of Davidson College, David holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Tennessee. For several years he taught Psychology at the University level, and he worked in a psychiatric setting. Subsequently, he attended law school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
