Eric N. Assouline, Esq., is a litigation partner and concentrates his practice in commercial and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Assouline has litigated a wide variety of business law disputes. Mr. Assouline also handles cases involving Ponzi scheme Clawback litigation, 547 and 548 defense cases, automatic stay litigation, and real estate and landlord and tenant disputes in state and bankruptcy court.

Paul's practice is focused on patent and trademark transactional work. He is a registered patent attorney with the US Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") and a Florida Board Certified Intellectual Property Atttorney. With regard to patents, Paul's work is primarily in the areas of materials, mechanical and biomedical technologies. I practice primarily in Jacksonville, Florida, where I live with my wife, our daughters, and our two dogs. My family is the most important part of my life and having them has only made me more appreciative and thankful for the opportunities I've been given.
