I have been a trial attorney in a courtroom almost daily for 20 years. Having spent 10 years as a prosecutor with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office I have handled cases ranging from DUI to Murder. I have worked in Domestic Violence and with Orders of Protection and followed misdemeanor and felony cases through every stage. I currently have my own practice and help clients with criminal, DUI, traffic, family law, expungements, juvenile, and federal employment discrimination.

In private practice, Scott has handled both civil and criminal matters. Since 2002, he has handled criminal defense matters exclusively. He practices in Cook, Lake, McHenry and DuPage counties.
