I am a Houston native, University of Houston Law Center alumna, Licensed Texas Attorney, Adjunct Professor of Sociology and Psychology at San Jacinto Community College, Houston Community College, and the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

I represent clients in TABC hearings and litigation, protests of original or renewal applications, licensing and certificate concerns, and other TABC procedures.

Randy has successfully represented clients in a variety of civil matters throughout Texas for over 30 years.
In 2006, Randy obtained a $98.8 million verdict for his client in a commercial lawsuit involving tortious interference with contracts and business disparagement.
More recently, he worked with a team of lawyers in Texas and Delaware to defeat a wrongful effort to recover over $200 million from his client.
