Ann Manning is the managing shareholder of the Lubbock office. She is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Her primary concentration is in education, employment and health law including civil litigation in these areas. She has been the president of the Texas Council of School Attorneys and was on the board of directors of the School Law Section of the Texas State Bar.

Teresa was a solo practitioner for over 13 years in the Austin area practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning, elder law, and probate. Two years ago Teresa expanded her areas of law to include health law, regulatory law for health care professionals, administrative law and employment law.

Providing a wide variety of legal services, including small business advice, family law, probate, litigation, appeals, mediation and arbitration. Additionally, expertise in legal ethics, serving as an expert witness for lawyers and law firms in matters involving legal ethics and malpractice

Mr. Kovar has worked extensively with business owners and health care providers all over the country. As CEO of HealthTrust Software, he has a unique understanding of the health care industry and an in depth knowledge of business operations. His honest, innovative and intelligent approach helps his clients save time, money and energy. His experience allows for more informed decisions, which bring better results. Mr. Kovar received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. He has a BA in Political Science from Stephen F. Austin State University.
