Prior to joining Bertolino LLP, Kerry Bloodsaw worked as public defender in Atlanta, Georgia for several years litigating hundreds of cases from low-level drug offenses to violent felonies. She spent a majority of her time in the courtroom litigating these cases and fighting for the best possible outcome for her clients.

Over the course of her more than 5 years with Bertolino LLP, Kerry has been able to cultivate strong working-relationships with board investigators and staff attorneys. She has become extremely familiar with various agencies’ rules and their common dispositions for certain complaint and application matters. She can anticipate certain arguments and disciplinary offers and therefore is better prepared to defend and negotiate for the best results for her clients.

Kerry has worked with a variety of license holders including physicians, nurses, therapists, counselors, teachers, accountants, engineers, insurance agents, daycare workers and behavioral analysts. Each board is distinct, and Kerry understands how to craft legal strategies that will be uniquely effective for each case matter.

Finally, Kerry has also effectively litigated several matters before the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Fighting for her clients’ livelihood and reputation and allowing her clients to continue practicing within their specific fields.
