As a graduate of Temple University School of Law's famed trial advocacy program, I acquired the necessary skills, techniques and experience to serve my clients well, both pre-trial and at trial. My office was founded in Millersburg, Dauphin County in 1951 by Attorney Allen Shaffer. Since I joined the Firm in 1999, I took over as managing partner in 2001 and later as sole shareholder in 2006. The office has expanded from a two lawyer firm to a four attorney firm and moved to Harrisburg. We handle a variety of legal areas, including Family Law, Divorce, Child Custody, Criminal Law, Municipal Law, and Educational Law.

My Journey...

I first thought of pursuing a career as an attorney when I was taking a course in the inequalities of our judicial system during my undergrad work at Penn State. By the time I finished that course, I had made up my mind to attend law school and become an attorney. Once I graduated law school and passed the Bar Exam, the first area of law I practiced was a Pro-Bono case involving child custody. Today I still practice Family Law as well as Real Estate and Estate Planning, Criminal, Business, Probate and Contracts.
