Bradley Baldwin was born and grew up in New York State. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. Jesse graduated from The University of Akron in 2001 with a degree in Fire Protection Technology. He graduated again in 2004 with degrees in the Arts and Emergency Management.
