Shur Law Co., LPA
Often, people feel like they need a little extra help, an extra hand to hold during their tough battles in life. That can be especially true when you're dealing with family issues or trying to stay in the country against all odds. That's why I take my responsibilities seriously. Because it's not just a job, its someone's life. And I'm glad I get to hold your hand and win our fight together.
I'm licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. I graduated with honors in both Law and Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. I handle cases involving divorce, dissolution, child custody, Chapter 7 bankruptcies, estate planning and estate administration. I also practice U.S Immigration law including naturalization application, family-based green card petitions, and deportation defenses. I'm also a Notary in the State of Ohio and a Guardian Ad Litem representing the best interest of the children of Ohio.

- Q. hello I need a temporary custody agreement and uncontested divorce.
- A: If you'd like to file for divorce, contact a lawyer that can help and guide you with the process. Divorces are uncontested only when the opposing party does not want to or fails to contest any issues. However, if you both agree on all issues, then you may be able to file a dissolution instead of divorce. The divorce/dissolution process will also cover custody issues for children born through the marriage.
