Robert D. Beyer is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California in 1979, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida in 1982. Mr. Beyer is a former Assistant Public Defender and a former Assistant District Attorney in Lancaster County. I joined the legal profession with Mooney Law in 2018. I initially began practicing general practice law under the guidance of two partners and gained important experience. Since then, I have been working hard to give my clients the results they deserve. I am now employed at Becker Law Group, P.C. continuing in general practice legal representation. Chris A. Sarno, Esq. is a trial attorney who practices in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense. Chris began his career as a law clerk to President Judge Joseph C. Madenspacher of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. Next, he became an Assistant Public Defender. After which he then joined the District Attorney’s Office where he focused on prosecuting felony sex offenses, serious physical abuse of children and child homicide cases.

Born in Scranton Pennsylvania but a resident of Lancaster County since infancy, Sam is a graduate of Manheim Township High School in 1966, where he was a member of the County championship tennis team for two years, a member of the National Honor Society, and the Candlelight Singers (a cappella group). He received the Access to Justice Award in 2002 from the Lancaster Bar Association for pro bono work, and was elected President of the LBA in 2006. The LBA judiciary committee rated Sam highly recommended for a judgeship on the Lancaster County Court in 2005 and 2007.

Ms. Longer is a graduate of Villanova Law School and has been practicing in Lancaster County for over 15 years, after several years as a corporate attorney. Ms. Longer has significant appellate experience and welcomes referrals from other attorneys whose practice does not include appeals. Prior to joining the Bar in Lancaster County, Ms. Longer was the Vice President and General Counsel of Intelligent Electronics, Inc., a publicly-traded national franchisor and distributor of computer products.

Anne K. Leete was born and raised in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. She attended college at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and obtained her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2004. Anne began her legal career as an Americorps Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii’s Maui office in 2004. In 2008, Ms. Leete went into private practice, where she handled complex family and civil legal matters. Joseph Alexander Paletta was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area. After graduating cum laude from Washington & Lee University in Virginia in 1982, he returned to Pittsburgh, achieving his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University Law School in 1985. His father, Leonard J. Paletta, was a highly respected trial lawyer in Pittsburgh in the 1950s, ‘60s, and ‘70s, and was the inspiration for Joseph becoming a lawyer.
