Juvenile Defense Attorney, passionate about seeking justice for Georgia's youth
Since graduating from Georgia State University College of Law, Josh has been passionate about fighting for children's rights. Josh served as a juvenile court intern before assuming a role in 2013 as law clerk in Fulton County Juvenile Court for the late Honorable Willie J. Lovett, Jr. After serving his internship, Josh began practicing juvenile defense in 2016 in Fulton County. He later became Supervising Attorney for Clayton County in 2020.
Josh founded Georgia Children's Defense, LLC based on years of experience defending Georgia’s youth in juvenile court. His firm is dedicated to representing youth and fighting for children’s legal rights in a broad range of cases. Josh’s valuable experience inside and outside the courtroom ensures that your child will be represented by a juvenile defense attorney with a deep understanding of the entire Juvenile Court process. Josh also has experience representing clients in the School Tribunal process and the Child Custody process.
