Jessica Hall
Effective & Compassionate Representation
Jessica graduated from law school and passed the bar in 2010 and served as the staff attorney for the State Court Judges of Cherokee County until she opened up her own practice in Canton, Georgia in 2012. Jessica was an active law student, serving as a student bar representative, Moot Court Board member, and President as well as national competitor, her passion for the law and helping others shown in all that she did. As a practitioner, her passion for helping individuals and families remains and behind all of her work is her genuine concern for and belief in her clients.
Jessica has proudly served the indigent populations of both Cobb and Cherokee counties. Some of her most rewarding work was spent representing people charged misdemeanors or felonies and those experiencing custody issues in juvenile court. In this role she became passionate about helping families and people move on with their lives, successfully, after their case was over and where she also learned she had an undeniable gift for solving problems. This experience also gave her unlimited amount of court room experience, which a lot of young lawyers don't get.
From this she migrated over to practicing only family law. During this time she was able to focus solely on family law issues with a mentor. Ultimately, her desire to serve the indigent population as well as practice criminal defense led her back into private practice.
What set sJessica apart is her ability to really connect with her clients. A divorcee herself, she understands the sensitivity of a family law case and knows whats on the line. She herself has also experienced and lived through the stressors of divorce. What is unique about Jessica's story, is that is one of post-divorce and co-parenting success. But what really sets her apart from most lawyers, is her outlook on each individual case as having the same potential. This outlook gives her the perspective and the ability to really meet each client's unique needs.

- Q. How do you file for more time to retain a lawyer if your spouse has filed for divorce? Judge gave 2 wks. I work FT!HELP
- A: Many lawyers offer affordable flat fee rates as well as payment plans as well as extended hours for clients just like you! I would advise you to continue searching for any attorney and speak with one specifically about filing a motion to have tour current husband contribute to your attorney fees and wether that’s a viable option given the circumstances of your case. Also important is to keep in contact with court as to your status. Don’t give up and hang in there!
