I am typically involved in equity and debt financings of small and middle market companies, but have occasionally been asked to represent one or more parties in $500 million + sized deals.   We are focused on service, quality and price and compete directly with much larger and multi state firms. Our hourly rates tend to be a 'tad' lower than those firms, but our bills tend to be much lower. This generalization has plenty of exceptions, so it is best just to call and ask.
