Admitted to the State of Texas in 1964, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit in 1989, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas in 1986, Mr. Wilhite has been fighting for the rights of those injured through the negligence of others for nearly 50 years. Mr. Wilhite graduated from law school at the University Of Texas School Of Law in Austin in 1964. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin in 1961.
