- Q. My son was arrested for DUI with a BAC of .07. The limit for DUI is .08. will his be reduced or dropped possibly?
- A: He may be offered a lesser charge than DUI, but it will probably not be dismissed completely without taking it to trial or the evidence being suppressed by your attorney before trial.
- Q. Can my son be convicted with robbery if he had no knowledge the passenger was going to jump out and rob a guy w/ a gun
- A: It depends on the evidence. Your son should consult an attorney who can review the discovery from the prosecution to see what evidence they currently have.
- Q. Im being charge with burglary the witness only describe a sweater I was wearing but never Saw face
- A: If you want to fight your charge completely, you should have an attorney willing to go to trial for you. Otherwise, these factors may result in the prosecution offering you a better plea deal. Again, you should consult an attorney.
