Daniel Jacob Libbey
I’m a partner at Strongin, LLP, where I focus on handling complex cases involving toxic tort, personal injury, and auto accidents. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to assist in several trials, achieving Plaintiff’s verdicts in each case. I’ve also negotiated high-value settlements, including $1,000,000.00 settlements. Before joining Strongin, LLP, I represented some of California’s largest healthcare systems, helping them recover reimbursement for their services.
Before earning my law degree, I had the privilege of clerking for Judge William O’Neil, the Presiding Disciplinary Judge in the Arizona Supreme Court. After taking the California bar exam, I clerked for the Honorable Judge Socrates Manoukian of the California Superior Court, County of San Jose. During that time, I also provided contract administration support for Samsung Semiconductor.
I graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, a minor in U.S. history, and a certificate in the philosophy of ethics. I then attended the Arizona State University College of Law on a full-ride scholarship awarded through the Dean’s Recruitment Award. While in law school, I was a member of the Health Law Society and earned a certificate in Law, Science, and Technology.
