- Q. I have a charge of owi .17% for which I never took a breathalyzer for and got a ticket 11months later. Need help
- A: If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, then you will get one appointed for you when you go to court. They will help you. If you can afford an attorney, my associate does a great amount of these types of cases, or you can keep searching and find someone else.
- Q. Is it possible to appeal for a warning arrest letter that been issued for innocent person since more than 15 years ago?
- A: Do you mean that they sent you a letter recently that warns you that they intend to arrest you in regards to a crime that happened 15 years ago? If so, your best chance to stop it is to have an attorney or someone else get in contact with the issuing authority and try to get more details about what is going on. Only then will you be able to try to stop it in its tracks.
- Q. I am seeking an Criminal defense attorney in Monroe Michigan
- A: You are going to need to make a call to an attorney that you choose, from the information that you find here on this site. I would be glad to help you and link you up with my associate who could represent you, if you phone or email me, or you can use the information that you find here to contact someone else. We are not supposed to specifically tell you to call us, as that is supposedly putting too much pressure on you, and outside of the purpose of this site.
