Awilda Esteras joined Siegfried Rivera in 2011 and concentrates her practice in collections. She represents community associations throughout the state of Florida, assisting with debt consolidation, foreclosure matters, drafting, amending and interpreting governing documents, vendor contract review, covenant enforcement and providing legal opinions on community association related matters. Ms. Esteras focuses on working closely with Boards and management of community associations to assist in the enforcement of their collections policies and help them address delinquent accounts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Esteras worked for one of the largest mortgage foreclosure firms in the state. She has experience in representing individual bankruptcy debtors filing for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
